All our beef is Certified Angus Choice and Prime. Choice is the top 8% and Prime is the top 1% of beef produced in the United States. All our beef is wet aged for 30 days to promote tenderness. Piantedosi's cuts your beef to order. You choose the thickness of your steaks based on your preference. We can cry-o-vac your order in packages sizes that work well for your family as well. Sirloin steak tips are available either marinated or unmarinated. Our ground beef and hamburger patties are ground and made in our store.
